Adams talent is deserving of the American Idol Title, his talent will make him as great if not greater than Elvis.
all i know is i loved listening to KRIS ALLEN's music!!!...and just cant get enough of him!!!...and i would loved ever since top 5 that adam would be gone!!!...no disrespect to adam's fans!!!...however i do agree to one message i read here!!!...adam just screams out!!!!...and quite honestly my ears are getting irritated every time he screams like that!!!...what guy wears too much eyeliner????...hehehe...
He is more of a bad Axl Rose impersonator, I think Elvis was a down home boy next door and not a drag queen that screams to hide his lack of singing ability.

Adam isnt bad. but Kris has a range of different fans.
So what if Adam's gay? This is a singing competition kid... If we compare Adam and Kris talent-wise, Kris is lagging behind by far a few thousand miles
for the most part danny is great singer...however KRIS ALLEN is better!!!!!....DANNY AND KRIS should have been in the finals!!!...not adam!!!....adams voice is....honestly i dont know!!!!...he just screams out like that!!!!...and that was it!!!!...KRIS ALLEN reaches out to people!!!...he can make albums like DAVID ARCHULETA, david cook, carrie underwood, and chris daughtry!!!!....unlike adam too much THEATRICAL!!!!...and that was it!!!!....but still for KRIS win the tittle or not....he's still the BEST!!!...and truly amazing....
Gay or Straight we are here to judge their singing not their lifestyles. For a real competition it should have been Danny v Adam. Go Adam!!!!!
In my opinion....Adam Lambert deserves the AMERICAN IDOL title. He's been the front runner from the beginning. I agree with Simon and what he said on the Oprah show. Week after week...Adam has out performed all the other contestants. His range is phenominal. I think it's ashame that people like to "feed" on the rumors about Adam. Whether they are true or not....is not anyone's business but Adam's. No one should judge him on ANYTHING but his singing and performances. Everyone's private life is THEIR OWN. I don't think people would appreciate their named dragged through the mud when it's not warranted. As for Kris.....he doesn't have the voice to stand out in a crowd. He has the boyish look and charm and the overall "package" that the judges were looking for. I think if people put their music preferences aside and vote strictly on the talent that both Adam and Kris possess, the winner is clearly ADAM LAMBERT! I HOPE EVERYONE VOTES FOR ADAM!!! He DESERVES IT!!!!
If the contestants want a "private life" then they shoudn't try out for the American Idol. An idol is someone that everyone looks up to and---yes, wants to immulate. Adam is a really nice guy but, unfortunately, his private life will not remain private for long if he wins or not. The same goes for anyone who wins.
Finally! One more out and we're on to the finals!
My biggest concern about Idol is that it sometimes turns out to be a popularity contest, not based on talent. That's a shame. There needs to be more interaction from music industry professionals in the "voting out" phases. Perhaps 50% of the vote coming from the viewing audience and 50% from the judges.
Danny is certainly seems like a very nice guy and he has a good voice ... will he sell millions and millions of records? Would people come out by the thousands to see him perform? No. He reminds me of a former Idol winner who NEVER should have made it to the finals... Taylor Hicks (yes, a nice guy with a nice voice... that's it - that's why he lost his record deal and is now trying again and will not succeed. Danny is good - no doubt about that. But ... everything he sings sounds the same. I loved him at first, but tired quickly. Regardless of what happens, if Danny selects the field of contemporary Christian or Gospel he will do fine. If he thinks he's going to be a pop chart topper - sorry, No. Ultimately, should he be the "American Idol"? ... No (good, not great) - Should he be in the top two? No. Sorry Danny, I think you're a sweetheart ... but I just can't see you as the winner.
Kris is very talented all he lacks is a bit of self confidence. He has a great voice and can perform well on stage. He can surprise us! It's refreshing and marketable! He's good fronting a band, alone with his guitar, and behind the piano. His voice is smooth and his notes are beautiful. He has a great "commercial" appeal on many levels. This young guy can sing anything! Should he be in the top 2? Yes indeed! Will he win? I don't think so. Kris, you're fantastic and I know beyond any doubt that a amazing recording career will be yours as soon as your commitment to Idol is over!
Adam - this man has raw talent. He can sing anything, and sing it well, while putting his own spin on it. He has great stage presence, confidence and a razor sharp edge. He is the most marketable contestant since Carry Underwood. Should something crazy happen and he not win ... this guy's got a multi-million dollar career just waiting for him. Should he be in the top 3 - absolutely ... should he be the American Idol for 2009? Beyond any doubt.

i love kris allen!!!...and i hope he beat adam 2morow!!!...i love him since the start of the show!!!!....love his musics so much!!!...just cant get enough of him!!!...i can watch all the replays of AM8 because of him!!!...i also support david archuleta a lot!!!....both of them are the best!!!...and carrie underwood too!!!...

Well, Danny was born with great vocals and a smart brain to add.... He knows how to exploit his wife's death to get himself more air time. BTW, Adam is the rightful winner and Kris knows it.
You know that's garbage.....Danny has an incredible voice and being someone who is in the music industry, I should know! They're all amazing vocalists in their own right. Adam should have been famous long ago and should never have even been permitted in this competition with the experience and training he already has...it was unfair from the start. I do have to say, I thought tonight was his worst night yet and he is starting to sound the same to me on every song...how many times can you listen to a person scream? PLEASE!
And, as far as Danny's wife passing, do you think for a moment he wouldn't rather have her sitting int he front row cheering him on. It's not pity! The man can sing or he wouldn't be there. You and everyone else that keeps throwing that up are insensitive, ill-informed, wouldn't know talent if it bit you in the arse, FOOLS! I hope Adam goes home tomorrow night just to hear the thunder roar when the jaws hit the floor!

I agree. Kris is cute and I really believe that is why he is still in this competition. The final two should be Adam and Danny with Adam winning.
The top 3 are good, but not great! Each one appeals to a different audience. Adam and Danny have range and unique voices, Danny and Kris appeal to multiple audiences, but none of them are GREAT!

We are starting an AI club to vote for everyone but Adam. He does not need to win....he needs to go to Broadway. I don't hate him, but feel that people are voting for him for the wrong reasons. Allison has the best voice and she is only 16!! Come on people, get it right. BTW, it has nothing to do with homosexuality!! I like him, but not for American Idol!

You are certainly one of the few who doesn't get Adam Lambert's style. Realize that AI is in business and they're out to look for someone who"ll make money for them.
Performers who have a massive fan base, like Adam, is certainly what AI is looking for. They need someone who has MASS APPEAL and Allison doesn't have the complete package to qualify for that. I agree she has a good voice, especially for a 16-year old, but, she is still lacking in the STAR QUALITY zone. She still needs a lot of work, while ADAM is ready. That's what the judges keep saying about him. The judges have been in the music business for a long time and they know what STAR QUALITY means for every producer.
If you had to bet your last bottom dollar on Allison today, you'd be homeless tomorrow. You have to understand that the AI producers are in BUSINESS. And, that's SHOW BUSINESS. That's the whole idea why they make viewers vote because they want to be sure that the performer has a MASS APPEAL. That'll be their sure fire BET. Simple as that! It's just like walking into a casino. If you saw someone making bets & winning, aren't you gonna put your bets on what that person is also betting on? Well, i guess that's relative. It all depends on whether or not you want to get your money back, as well as receive profits or, if you're just in for the "fun" of it & don't mind losing. Gauging from where your vote is leaning on, i'm certain you won't make a fortune in business.

I'm getting tired of people with your kind of attitude. If Adam wanted to do Broadway, he would audition for Broadway. He wants to be a recording artist and deserves to win just as much as any of the other contestants. What are the wrong reasons people are voting for him? His talent, his uniqueness, his effort in making every performance memorable and his own? Putting his heart and soul into this competition? Why don't you find something more constructive to put your time and effort into?
Why waste your already worthless life and time recruiting for a loser. There is onlyone winner, only one with true talent, and that is the Adam Bomb. Sorry, game over.

Allison is great also, I love her voice, what great control and power, Matt....dueling piano and a great voice. love it, Danny has an inviting personality which is why people like him.

I'm sorry Simon, but the game has passed you by. You look absolutely flabby when your wearing your see-through white t-shirts. You are actually hard to look at and forces my wife and daughter to hold up there hands and mask your lower half. I know in England your probably considered quite a classy guy, but the fact is your just old and I bounce between thinking tone deaf or just plain hateful. So in retrospect, here are some tips: don't touch your face when your on camera, wear thicker shirts, even if you like the feel of light material, consider even Cher looked bad showing her southern cheeks at the Academy Awards, most important work out, transparent white t-shirts over a flabby back ground isn't family programming, it's just plain offensive, and finally stop fondling Paula, if you've got something going, get a room. But you're suppose to be paying attention to the contestants. Please take these suggestions seriously.
I personally like the four judges and the save rule. If that had been in place before; Daughtry would not have been sent home. Much better idea. There are a great bunch of singers this year. Adam is my favorite because he has the whole package.
